Dorothy, I picked up this "little drop" at the Fermoy Estates (name taken from the town in Cork, Ireland where founder's ancestors originated) near Margaret River WA, you've probably noticed that it has a deep purple/red Bouquet, unmistakably Shiraz, rich, spicy and well supported by high quality American oak. Palate: Shiraz spice supported by fine well integrated oak. Marvellous fruit weight, well balanced and persistent tannins.
Also excellent accompaniment when viewing "Aussie Rules" football.
I'd suggest a dry white when viewing cricket! I see CL is getting into the spirit!
