Personally I believe all of these principals are founded in Brehon law.( Briton). The Magna Carta, which I have only read about, influence a cabinet to be formed, grevences to be delt with.
Law and tradition govern our actions.
If the laws were different, we wouldnot have evoled into democracy. As it carry on here. Our eternal ancestors laid down a foundation that thrives. To our benifit.
