Why? Wart would happen?
Would they get what they hopped for?

You're a lonely frog? A sort of Hermit the Frog?

I like frogs!

Sorry but I am unable to help you. I am not beautiful and I have no dreams. I am a lady, though, if that lends any comfort to you. Look within yourself first and see that the outward appearance is not what makes you feel hurt and unwanted. Green is a beautiful color and you may find that others do not notice you because you need more contrast. You blend in with the background at Tir. Just a suggestion. *sigh*

Hamster...get off the sauce! You're too funny and are stealing the show. *Hugs and Women's jockey undies to replace the chewed up briefs*

But Katerra, soon you will own the spotlight, be rich and famous and will have all the men swooning over you! Why, when you meet the Incredible Hunk, he won't be of the green persuasion either.

*Eyeing Katerra's autograph on the undies* Hamster is gonna be busy with those, Katerra! *Hamster paw prints all over undies* Your autograph made them so collectible, the poor lil hamster forgot about everything else. *G*

Sorry, your royal prince/froggy-ship, but I do try to limit my cross-species dating to mammals, particularly those of the female persuasion....*thinks that the royal prince/froggy's recently dented danced-on webbed green toe may have overpressured and addelled the gender awareness center of his wee amphibian brain, poor fella...*

*as he peeks over the brim of Kat's hat and looks into her upside down crossed eyes...*...and dear, soon to be famous, Kat, surely, being the cute, innocent, furry, wee creature that I am, I would never ever steal your boyfriends, ...just their legs...Rogue's shady, stolen bar-b-qued frogleg push cart business has to make a buck some how...*has visions of all of Kat's boyfriends trundleing around the dance floor on wee four-caster dollies like Dickenesque beggers...*

*then whispers to Guest..." I'm just following Rogue's Rule 1 of Theft, Chicanery, and General Havoc-reeking,....Always steal anthing thing that isn't bolted down...sub para 34...(that includes shows)"...*then gladly accepts the Women's jockey briefs from Guest and parachutes from Kat's hat to the floor...of course takeing time out for just a wee short peek under Kat's skirt to check out the famous autographed undies...*...Ahhh!, Lacy ones!...*then wonders if thats how Lacie got her name?...*

*then does a hamsterish hippitty-hop across the floor and scampers up the table leg, curls up in the newly aquired Women's jockey briefs at the edge of the table, peeks over the edge and tickles the nose of Maggie the Thief Dog with his wee paw, who is chewing on stolen shamrock briefs and stareing intently...*

I wonder if there are any famous redneck hamsters?...*he muses*...I'll have to send a wheel-gram to Uncle Beauregard Hamster...

Well...since Rogue is off visiting Lathario the Legal Beagle, famous canine catharis for crime (yet another member of the Rogue's Den of Thieves, Charlatans, Prevericators and All-around Rotten No-goodniks), ...who is at this very minute preparing a breif breif on briefly stolen briefs for use at the local hall of justice,...hmmm..if Rogue stole the brief, then Lathatrio would have to prepare a brief brief on a breifly stolen brief breif on briefly stolen breifs...naw, much to complicated for that doodley doggish dullard...now, on with the show...

Now where were we boys, girls, lurkers and prince/mor-phrogs...ah, yes...When last we left sweet Kat, who was wearing lacy undies with wee tiny paw prints on them, her door was being inundated with mor-phrogs....or was that were-phrogs...no, thats the one were she stars with Lon Chaney, but only gets second billing...however, it did lead to her becoming the Darling of the Drive-in Movie theaters...or maybe that was just all the steam on the inside of her many date's car windows...but, thats an all together different story.

And our own beautiful Tex, wiley wild woman of the wild west, who recently lost her place in the message board and is deperately in search of a red-necked caller....hmmm....wonder if the phone bills are large in Texas too...

As the scene resumes, we find his royal prince/froggyship still hopping on one leg while holding his red, recently trod on webbed green toe to his neck, hoping to attract Tex, as One-duh is searching for the spikes that go with her clog dancing shoes and Maggie the Thief Dog passively chews on Fionn's stolen shamrock jockeys and dreams of someday becoming a lawyer, just like Lathario or maybe just the mother of his pups...
hard to tell with jockey short chewing dogs...

Now where did Rogue put my recently stolen straw hat and cane......*rumaging through the women's briefs...*

Ahhh, jees....Thanks, Fionn....Rogue always wanted a seal in the Den of Thieves, etc...it would really help out on mackeral stealing day for the wenches...*pauses to turn and admire the APPROVAL, but notices he has a slight hamsterish limp...*...meanwhile...

As Kat's door suddenly explodes from the onslaught of morp/were-phrogs, (who, I might mention, have really really fine hair and for some odd reason, all seem to be carrying production contracts for TV shows on automotive cuisine...I especially liked the episodes on Head Gasket Flambe', Tossed Valve Stem Salad and Gas Tank Jello Surprise...), she slides across the room and bumps into Tex, who at the moment was busy screening all her phone answering machine calls...(Hello, this is Tex, wild woman of the wild and wooly west, ...not wooly woman of the wild wild west...If you happen to be a red necked caller, please leave your number and a brief brief on briefs, please include your size...), knocking the machine off the table, which then spews thousands of feet of answering machine tape around the room...this tangles in the spikes of One-Duh's clog dancing shoes, tripping her into his royal prince froggyship, who falls backwards and lands on Tex and he takes the oppertunity to show her his webbed green red toe neck, while One-Duh careens into the growing pack of morp/were-phrogs, landing on one who claims to be Steven Spielberg and who wants her to sign over her secret recipe for Crankshaft Riggatoni...

Meanwhile Maggie the Thief Dog, lays on her back, passively chews on Fionn's stolen shamrock shorts and wonders if a June wedding to Lathario would work out, since it's July or where to get an application to Harvard Law School or wishes she had a recipe for Exhaust Pipe Breadsticks...hard to tell with jockey short chewing dogs...

Why am I suddenly overcome with this strange need to run off and join a circus, balance a ball on my nose and work for fish?....and where did I put that stolen money for the subway ride?...

Top of pagePrevious messageNext messageBottom of pageLink to this message  By Katerra on Thursday, July 22, 1999 - 01:49 am:

So what happened to the hapless victimized frog??? Did he hop in a skillet with cleo back in 1999?

Absolutely hilarious! I mathmatically concluded frog's name must be DERMIT the frog from LESSO’ME Street. Figure out how I arrived at the names DERMIT and LESSO’ME and e-mail me.

averagejoe262001@msn.com

Can I leave something for the victimized frog? A song written for one person but also about all the folks who left their homeland Ireland, never able to return to her arms again, dying alone in a foreign land.

SING ME A SONG

Sing me a song...
A heartfelt song,
Sing fer me...
Fer m’Summer is gone.

Gone are the days
O’roamin’ free,
Fer me love she be
Callin’ fer me.

Oh, sing me a song...
A heartfelt song,
Sing to me...
To all she is gone.

Sing fer the dream
O’ bein’ foun’,
In the arms o’this woman
Renown’.

Oh, sing fer me love...
An untouched love,
Sing fer all the songs
She has sung.

Sing o’ her glory...
An’ pure love,
Oh, I’ve lost her pure presence,
Dying...alone.

FORGET the e-mail. I will give you the answer.

The very famous 'Kermit the frog' from Sesame Street has a cousin who met cleo from Lesso’me Street (so named as cleo hides skillet behind her back). If the letter L in Lesso’me Street is seven numbers preceeding S as in Sesame Street, then simple math would make Kermit’s cousin’s name Dermit as the letter D is the seventh letter preceeding the letter K as in Kermit. Hence, Dermit of Lesso’me Street and Kermit of Sesame Street . Makes perfect sense to me, unless you can’t count all eight toes on each foot. Or is that twelve toes on each foot? It is a C-inch to figure this one out! So if it is a C-inch to figure this one out, should that actually be Cermit the frog with a C instead of a K? That would make it Cermit of Kesso’me Street. This does not add up, does it? So now you know why the ‘Victimized Frog’ was misunderstood. You thought Kermit’s kissing cousin was saying to “Kesso’me” (Grimm princess faery tale perception, indeed) when in fact he was wanting to know how to get to Kesso’me Street! Can you tell me how to get to Kesso’me Street?

TO MY CREDENTIALS: Attended Princeton with major in Gross Frog Anatomy and minor in geography and French; Part-time Chef du joir; President of the International Liars Club.

*I hope that these posts will be taken in fun as I enjoyed reading all of the postings under this heading. A very unique message board and visit. Thank you!
