I love hearing Family Traditions & Superstitions. I would do my best to remember all of my family's, such as: to dream of a death is a sign of a birth, and visa versa. I thought we could use a place, where we could put all of these interesting little bits of Family Lore, if I may call it that, and if someone happens to know where a particular one got started, put it in too.

If by chance ya find you've put an article of clothes on inside out, keep it that way the rest of the day..it's good luck.
What falls on the floor comes in at the door, (which can be good or bad depending on what ya hap to drop...if ya drop a knife, fork, or spoon you will either have a man or a woman to visit or both depending on which one ya dropped. Drop money, good fortune. A book, knowledge.Etc.)
If ya spill the salt throw some over your shoulder, (i prefer both shoulders over either just left or right).
Don't argue over food or it will spoil (no yellin at the table).
Those are justa few common ones from my fam off the top of my head.
